MY LAST DRAWINGS

In this period I'm quiet stressed so sometimes I'd want open the fridge and eat a lot of ice cream but I cannot because dairy can gives me some problems with endometriosis so I'm reading a lot and I turned to draw and this are my last drawings...when I was a kid I wanted to became a fashion stylist or fahion journalist...now I keep to draw as my method to take stress out...
Then chosing books to donate I've re-found a nice book about a group of 3 girls that travels a lot and honestly I love traveling... the title of book is LOST GIRLS and it is a big book, but it is a tren dof this summer book big size...
I'm doing a lot of gym using dvd cause weather is really really weird and I am working hard in a lot of fields:P...

MY MONEY WEEKLY CHECK UP

Well, this past week is been quiet busy with private lesson about ùHow to use laptop to my cafe's boss, and also if I worked and saved a little amount I can say that until new paycheck I must to count every single pennies I have...I noticed that January and July are biggest expensive months....
However I have some good news, a writer offered me to do pr work in Italy, so this will help my finances a little bit together side hustle as dog sitting, pc tutoring and this morning I also left resumes in different cafes...I like this kind of work and until "church project is approved" I need to have a work with a salary, I will must to keep do budgeting!!!
This morning I went to Library and I am going to donate some books in english here, plus I took a brochure about to became a volounteer for 3 days  and do a sort of blinded tour...it is a very interesting activity....but it is for September!!!

WHY I AM DOING A LOT OF GYM

On 21th of June is been the dayh of my cousin's wedding and when I saw a èic of myself I was thinking, men only good diet isn't a good choiche, so I've met a nutritionist hat explained me that I was eat healty but not so healty for me and endometiosios so we choose another series of foods, with unlimited choiches on fruit and veggie....


Then I asked to my friend Noemi to send me that runner program for beginners, well I tried 3 or four time to say that I seriously HATE running, but I walked more, used bike in town and went to swim, now I'm thinking to sign up at least once per week to watergym class... So when i was looking into my pics in my fb profile I saw my amazing body when I was 23, toned muscle but feminine curves and this is my goal for the end of summer and start to have a healty diet for the rest of my life: gym with buddy+diet is the perfect combo:P

SOME OF MY DRAWINGS

Is a long time that I don't make a draw and I am going to do it ASAP, cause drawing is one of my method to keep calm, or I'd must to bake but being on a diet I cannot bake daily...but now I am studying really hard for realtor exam that I am ging to do in November but I want to be really well prepared...
I have a lot of friends that are great artist, infact my favourite portrait is been made by my friend Andrew:P, 
while the following pic are been by me: And the lighthouse is one of my favourite cause probably is my ideal type of holiday discovering new place sleeping in antique way and near sea...is weird?

MY PERSONAL HAPPINESS PROJECT

I am doing a lot of things in these days, I'm meeting with friends fro dvd night (my chocolate coockies are been a real sucess), reading in my free time, studying hard and doing a lot of gym...but honestly after fourth try with running I can say honestly that Running isn't my sport...I can do nordic walking and trekking for several hours without problems,while I have serious breath problems with less of 0 minutes of running...so I swap run with long nordic walking session+ biking+swimming...I think that for the end of sumer I will have very well toned muscles:P
However I changed also my diet for endometriosis problem...and I must to admit that with this new diet I have a lot more energy...
I found everyday at least one thing to be happy, maybe for other can be silly but it is a very nice experiment about "happiness project" and the following pics are from my blackberry, also if I had a hard day for several reason I tend to find something that make me happy and yes usua…

MY MONEY WEEKLY CHECK UP

This past week is been busy of social life, dvd night with new friends, afternoon talking with another, gy with friend...and a lot of things more, plus from this morning I've started to give pc lesson to my cafe's boss---ok I must to admit this morning is been HILARIOUS...however I am happy because I am doing a lot of gym, but at the same time I am not so happy 'cause I am not attending pool as I planned weather is unstable and if I am hating it I cannot image the pool's administrator....
Finances are goign quiet well I must wait to receive some paycheck but between lessons, dog sitting and side hustle I'm quiete ok, probably in August I will be a little bit more stressed about money and finance...
I'm reading I felt in love with one book (Forever Friday) and I liked also a couple..plus during a reorganizazion of my provate library I found a couple of books that talk about men are almost = to dogs and you can use same rules...I am not so agree but I cannot say I …

WATCHING: emails and sms with wathzzup, READING A beaturiful disaster in the free time and doing hard, re-study for realtor's examLISTENING a lot of music, I don't have a favourite style but for the moment I am focusing on italian singersPLANNING activities with friends, business plan and my diet meal planEATING a lot of veggies and fruitGYM: I tried 3 times to run but honesty run isn't my sport so I am doing nordic walking, swimming, biking and in the autumn start with a course of pole dance (al muscles work in the same time)

MY MONEY WEEKLY CHECK UP

I must to confess that I'm craving for a little holiday out of town, but for the moment it is impossible so I talking with a lot of friends to organize something all together, I had a dinner with ex collegue and we decided to reorganize it soon, went to swimming pool, I became "unoficcial uncle" (my childhood friend became mother), I went to Rome and spent some quality time with my friend Nowmi, I met new Reverend and I knew a guy that will help with a project into church...
For the next 2 months no clothes shopping, I need to open closet and decide what donate for charity...
I'm reading books, finally I have the time and during this week I'll have more meetings with friends and also in the end of the month...social life is always important!!!

HAPPY WEEK END

This morning I reopened my ex blog julesl84.blogspot.it that is all in italian, well it is my mothertongue and is better also for my mind because when I must to write a post here, I am in a constantly translation mode... I am reading a lovely book, honestly I suppost I'll finish it in the afternoon or at max tomorrow...and do you know when you see yourself into the main carachter of the book? Maybe sometimes a book together rude words said from a special person for you is the right moment to became more active and achieve every your goal (home, work, travels, savigs and whatever is important for you)
How I supposed I'll really busy and I ahve also a new dog as guest into my house till monday, and the total earning will go directly into bank account...however today if Friday 4th a very important day for Americ aandher is officially started the WEEK END so:

FOREVER FRIDAY BY TIMOTHY LEWIS

In the past week I finished to read a book that I can say I loved in every single page, ok honestly I hated some pages but I can realy say that it is a great buy... I waited a couple of days becaus that week I already bought 3 or 4 books, but one that seemed funny became a little bit boring and I needed something different, so I choose this book: FOREVER FRIDAY, based on true postcard collection of the author.

I liked carachters because they're real, they're perfectly imperfect but perfect for each other, thei loe is pure but there aren't only roses and chocolate, but with real dialogue and the rule of "compromise and share", there is a happy end...plus the men who found postcards discover a new way, start again to have faith and believe to true love, if you know someone that says : I don't believe in true love anymore, suggest this book!!!


This books is real jewel, rich of everything so you need to read it to understand what I mean!!!

I DECIDED TO...RUN

This week is and will be a lot busy as I supposed, but I also decided some goals to achieve...considering that summer offer great longer journeys and a great choiche of outdoor activities I planned gym session that includes RUN...yep I know I wrote that I hate run but a lot of friends of mine started to run and they love it, plus I read tha tis a complete workout so I asked to my friend Claudia if she would like to be my gym buddy, so I asked to another friend of mine another program for runners beginner and I am goign to start it tonight after 6.30 pm (journey are longer but befor this time is still too hot), yesterday I did my long nordic walk and honestly I am planning also other trials to try...so this is the plan my friend gave me via email:
